Check-in, registration and information

Check-in time is Saturday between 7 and 8:45 a.m., EDT. The start site is E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park located at 3500 Freys Hill Road in the northeast section of Jefferson County (Louisville), Ky. (see map).

Riders will pick up packets at check-in. Registration is available the day of the ride, but you can save $10 by registering before August 17. They say "the sun shines bright on my Old Kentucky Home," but we'll ride even if it's raining. Cars may be left in the parking lot overnight. Luggage transportation is provided to and from the Bardstown site. Your registration fee includes fresh-brewed Heine Bros. coffee and Nancy's Bagels on Saturday at the ride start, Saturday's lunch is by the boy scouts of Fairfield, Chris Cakes' breakfast on Sunday,

all sag stop refreshments and entertainment, carriage rides in Bardstown sponsored by Byerly Ford, a Bourbon Tasting sponsored by the LBC, a post-ride Pizza Party at Sawyer on Sunday, a very cool short-sleeve t-shirt (sizes are available on a first-come basis at registration), and a rider goodie bag full of cool stuff from our sponsors. A fantastic Mardi Gras themed dinner on the lawn Saturday evening will feature a delicious pasta dinner from (additional cost) and limited edition commemorative jerseys will also be available for purchase.
